Pay Online

Mennowood now accepts electronic payments through a new secure resident portal administered by Converge. Residents have the option to pay rent online with quick and convenient online payments. You can pay your monthly bill from your computer or mobile device—24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Features will include:

• Secure online and in-person access to pay by ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or electronic check.
• Ability to set up an individual payment or set up recurring payments.
• This is optional; you may continue to pay by check.

Please note: There will be a surcharge of 3.0% on the transaction amount all Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express products, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit cards. ACH and electronic check alternatives are also offered to avoid surcharge fees.
