Mennowood Foundation is a Charitable Endowment Fund corporation [501(c)3] dedicated to enriching the lives of residents at Mennowood Retirement Community. The Foundation’s volunteer Board of Directors is comprised of 8-10 members from various backgrounds and businesses in the community, and a Mennowood resident.

The McComb Compassion Fund

The McComb Compassion Fund was established by friends of Mennowood to honor Richard (Dick) and Myrtle McComb for their years of devoted service toward the founding and promtion of Mennowood Retirement Community. The purpose of this Fund is to provide supplementary aid for those Residents who require financial assistance in order to remain at Mennowood. The McComb Fund is the Foundation’s primary focus. The net proceeds of fundraising events – the Annual Fall Fund Drive, Spring Festival, Special Events, etc – are currently applied to this Fund.
