Our Assisted Living offers a program of personal care and life enriching activities that maximize the abilities and independence of our residents. We promote person-centered care and a holistic approach to senior living. Studio and one bedroom apartments are available, each of which is equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette.
Memory Support
“Comfort Cove” is a specialized community that promotes quality personal care and programs especially designed for adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. Our staff is trained in caring for adults with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias to create an environment of dignity, trust and fun.
Respite Care Program
Our Respite Care Program is available in our Assisted Living Community. We know that providing care at home for a loved one can be challenging. Our Respite Care Program allows you time away from the heavy demands of caring for another so you can take care of you. Respite care is also for seniors who have had a hospital stay or medical procedure and need some assistance while recuperating. Our services allow you the opportunity to take a well deserved break and can serve as a solution during an emergency.
Respite care provides the opportunity to experience living at Mennowood for a short term before making a decision to make Mennowood one’s permanent home. Residents are welcome to stay with us and enjoy all the amenities and services we offer for 5 to 30 days.
